Welcome to the updated website for Wanborough Parish Council.

As you may have noticed, our old website became very dated and difficult to maintain. We are developing this website over the next few months to improve the information available to residents in the village and allow the Clerks to publish materials quicker and without needing to ask anyone to upload documents.

We are also taking the opportunity to review the content and make it more accessible either to those with reduced visbility or by making some of our older material searchable on the internet.  We're also working to make the content more readable on tablets and mobile phones.

As you can imagine, this is a lot of work, so there will be placeholders for some areas while we check and redesign some areas. These should reduce over the spring and there will be regular updates here to let you know what's new as the site grows.

Some new changes are in place already and these include:

A searchable database of Agendas, minutes and other council documents

Details of the Council committees and what they do

Profiles of your parish councillors

A database of all our parish footpaths

Report an issue with a parish council footpath

We hope this will be an improvement on the old site. If you have any comments or suggestions you can contact the IT working group here.
