Local Planning
Wanborough Parish Council does not have the power to grant or reject planning applications. That responsibility lies with Swindon Borough Council as the relevant Local Authority.
To view current applications affecting the village and/or the wider Borough, you should refer to Swindon Borough Council's planning portal.
Some building work may not require planning permission being possible under 'permitted development' or similar exclusions. Further details on this and other frequently asked questions can be found at the general planning portal pages.
Depending on the views of the incoming Clerk and those of the Parish Council, it would be quite possible to display the current applications with the Parish Council for comment in this area of the website as a list with links to the relevant application.
